Q: How long will it take for me to receive my Big Little Fudge?

A: We do our best to ship all orders received by 2:00 pm (CST) the same day.

Q: What days of the week do you ship out fudge?

A: It all depends on shipping destination. If your package is not guaranteed to arrive by a Friday we will wait to ship until the following Monday to ensure your fudge does not sit in a shipping warehouse over a weekend. Some orders including large orders or corporate orders take additional time. Please call for additional assistance and information.

Q: How will my Big Little Fudge be shipped to me? Can I place an order and receive it the next day?

A: We ship via FedEx Ground standard delivery (unless expedited service is requested). Once shipped from Montgomery, TX, you can expect receipt within 1 to 4 days depending on the shipping address. Visit http://www.fedex.com/maps for transit times. (Ship from Zip Code is 77356).

Q: I don’t live in the US but I love Big Little Fudge. Can it still be shipped outside of the US?

A: Yes, please contact us 888.543.8343 for more information.

Q: How will I know that my order went through and is being shipped?

A: You will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped. Please make sure that upon checkout you have your correct email addresses and shipping addresses listed.

Q: Can you ship my order to a post office box (PO Box)?

A: No, to ensure your fudge does not sit in a postal facility for long periods of time, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
